Mission

Kent’s mission is to co-inspire human potential to collectively design desired futures. He received his doctorate of social science from Royal Roads University, where he researched emerging approaches to leadership development. Kent also holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University and Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University. He continues to develop his role as a leader & leadership development consultant through his IDP practice globally. Kent has over 20-years’ leadership experience, working within multi-national organizations (Molson, Eli Lilly, Abraxis Bioscience, Hoffmann-La Roche) and more recently in academic institutions (Dalhousie University). Presently, Kent works with people and organizations to cultivate relationships and meaning in what they do; collaboratively creating opportunities for creativity, flow, hope, and reaching “unachievable goals”–transforming people and collectives towards their calling. Kent is a lifelong learner and knows the importance of a resilient mindset and engaging diversity. Moreover, he knows the meaning of commitment and welcomes friendly competition from his many years as a competitive swimmer, triathlete, and marathoner. He lives with his family in Wolfville, Nova Scotia.
