We are excited to announce the ReWilding Leadership: A Convening to Catch the Rhythm of a Climate Change World for Fall 2026. The is an opportunity to find what has been lost, to more fully connect with the inner self and the interconnected world around you. Nature offers an emergent opening to build capacity and capability for a leader to embrace our world of rapidly changing complexity. This convening will offer tools for anticipatory adaptation to a climate change world, and to tap into your latent potential as a leader, and overall give you agency to make a difference in the world…and most of all an understanding that you are born of this world, not separate and alone. This enables a connection to purpose and and enabling capacity for regenerative pathways and futures.

Over the five days we convene, collaborate and learn together as a learning community in a dialogic process, where as a community of truth we put our inquiries at the centre for emergence. Also, we engage in reflexive practice that includes regenerative knowledge frameworks of sacred and spiritual practice. Nature and place plays a important role as teacher and a participant you will take time to connect with the inner self and true Nature.

The Convening Place: La Canopée · Mareil-Marly · Forêt de Marly, Paris region, FRANCE

This sacred place is less than an one hour from central Paris. A comfortable house embedded and in relationship with the forest, where place becomes the teacher rather than a backdrop. This space is perfect to enable dialogue and shared meaning to blossom.

A important part of the community convening is the food. We are working with a local French chef to provide the nourishing food needed to fuel the soul and body as we explore our time together. Our chef offers local vegetarian and plant-based food that is creative, delicious, and leaves you feeling good.

YOUR HOSTS:

Dr. Kent A. Williams - A Canadian leadership educator, researcher and facilitator working in regenerative leadership, sustainability, dialogue and place-based learning. Connecting to what it means to be human.

Helena Hettinga - A Dutch-French Systemic coach, ICF PCC, certified supervisor, DEEP TIME and dialogue facilitator creating conditions conducive to Life. She lives in the Paris region landscape that holds us in the convening space.

INVESTMENT TO PARTICIPATE:

ReWilding Leadership: Convening for Regenerative Futures (Paris Region, FRANCE) has three level offerings:

🌲Tree level - I am willing and able to support mine and someone else’s participation (EUR 3.950)
🌱Sprout level - I pay a right amount that covers the actual costs (EUR 2.965)
Seed level- I have limited funds available and choose for a supported rate (+ IN4RF network members, limited places - EUR 1.975)
*Two student scholarships available

💚Includes 4 nights accommodation, vegetarian meals, non-alcoholic drinks, facilitation/coaching and option to contribute towards student scholarships.

Included in the cost of the convening are all program facilitation, accommodation, and meals; transportation is not included.

Cost: EUR 1975-3950*
